Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description

Puracy is seeking a motivated full-time Supply Chain Specialist for our growing team to support our Supply Chain Director with inventory control, logistics, fulfillment, purchasing, and quality control. This hands-on position will be involved in all aspects of supply chain and operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. This position will work cross-functionally with many internal and external partners across the country, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate has a deep supply chain background (and documented success) at a consumer products brand.

Puracy.com is a CPG company that develops and sells a popular line of natural and organic household, personal care, and baby care products. Our two dozen products include cleaners, soaps, shampoos, cleansers, detergents, lotions, conditioners, and air fresheners. Our 100% U.S. made product line has won countless awards for quality and efficacy, and many of our products rank near the top of Amazon’s Best Seller lists. We’ve experienced our growth and success almost entirely via e-commerce. We will make our first foray into Brick & Mortar in January 2019 with a launch into Target stores.

Since our company's founding in 2013, our sales have doubled or tripled every year, ranking us as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Austin. We are a small company that rewards our people and regularly donates to local charities. This is your chance to get involved with one of Austin's most promising young businesses at a very early stage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics and monitor cost
  • Purchase Order creation, maintenance, and vendor follow-up
