Like the product, pump is hard to get open working properly.
Hi Katherin, Thank you for taking the time to review our Natural Body Wash. If you find a pump difficult to open, this method will work: -Take the pump off the bottle -Hold the straw of the pump in place with one hand (use a dishcloth or paper towel if it's slippery) -With your other hand, turn the spout of the pump to the left, or counter-clockwise (don't let the straw turn with it) -The spout will unlock and pop up for use If that doesn't do the trick, please email us at support@puracy.com we'll send a replacement pump right away.
