I miss my shampoo : (

"I've used the shampoo and conditioner for years, I have MCS and this is the only product line that works for me and leaves my hair with a fresh clean scent. Even most 'unscented' or 'fragrance free' products have something in them that sets off my condition. Like many others, I've emailed Puracy directly and they replied that it would be back in stock in March 2026. I just wish that they could be direct and tell customers if it's being discontinued or not. This is very frustrating."

"I love this shampoo, my hair it very finicky when it comes to shampoo, this is one of the few that works. Moved to this shampoo after the last one that worked was discontinued, worked day 1, and it worked far better then the old one, plus it's my all time favorite sent mint! Have been using it for a fee years now. Very concerned to hear the has been out of stock for months, please tell me your not discontinuing this too, and that I have to start my sreach all over again, I was hoping to continue buying from y'all for years to come. (Would have been 5 stars if I wasn't antsy about it possibly being discontinued. )"
