Absolutely! All Puracy products are designed with safety in mind, not only for humans but also for our furry friends. We carefully select ingredients that are gentle yet effective.

Puracy uses a blend of plant and mineral derived ingredients and gentle synthetic elements in our products. We strive to use plant-based ingredients whenever possible and all our formulations are free of harsh chemicals like sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and dyes.

We ship your order 3-4 business days after it is received. Depending on the destination, you can expect to receive it in 4-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays should expect up to 3-4 days before receiving a shipment notification.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Your order has not been shipped if you do not have a tracking number.

Log into your Puracy account to see if your order has been fulfilled. If it has, then a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Returns can be made for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Contact support@puracy.com to learn how you can return an order.

Simply log into your account through Puracy.com. You'll be given the option to edit any of your active subscriptions, as well as view past orders and modify your shipping and billing information.

Our Laundry Detergent is safe for greywater and septic systems.

Instead of harsh synthetic fragrances that can irritate allergies or sensitive skin, essential oils subtly scent our Fresh Linen Detergent that are gentle on skin and the senses. We also offer a Free & Clear option, which is without any added scent, giving a clean, smell to your fabrics.

Yes, our biodegradable, vegan, BPA-free laundry formula is also greywater and septic safe.
