- We ship your refill order 3-4 business days after it is received. Depending on the destination, you can expect to receive it in 4-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays should expect up to 3-4 days before receiving a shipment notification.
- Once your order or refills have shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Your order has not been shipped if you do not have a tracking number.
- Log into your Puracy account to see if your order has been fulfilled. If it has, then a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
