"We have pretty hard water in our area, and our glassware always used to come out of the dishwasher looking cloudy and spotted. I really wanted to move away from conventional, chemically-heavy rinse aids, so I decided to give this bio-based one a shot. The difference is night and day! "I was a bit skeptical about the lemongrass scent—I definitely didn't want my coffee mugs or plates smelling like lemon cleaner. Luckily, the scent is super faint and clean, and it doesn't transfer to the dishes at all. It does a solid job of sheeting the water off my glassware. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of my heavy-bottomed plastic tupperware still has a bit of pooled water on top, but to be fair, that happens with every rinse aid I've ever used. Excellent clean alternative!"
