"We think this stain remover does a great job and have used it in our house for years. My sister usually buys this product for us. I ordered the refill bags and when I refilled the spray bottle, the sprayer broke and until we could go out to buy another spray bottle, we just poured stain remover onto the stains. Not the best way to use the stain remover. Darn!"
