The Science of Clean
Designed for the whole family, designated for me-time
When you enter the shower, the rest of the world is drowned out. For that 5, 10, or 15 (if you are lucky!) minutes, all that matters is pampering yourself and recalibrating your thoughts.
Start off with our Awake or Comfort Body Wash, whether you are starting or wrapping up your day. Then move to a deep scalp treatment with our Sea Salt Scalp Scrub. Wrap it up with a quick shampoo and deep conditioner. Developed by doctors, salon experts, and Ph.D. chemists – we cover all hair, scalp, and skin types. Pure ingredients in pH balanced formulas. Easy to use and understand products. This is not a time for following strict protocols. It’s a time for you to enjoy you-time without getting peppered with to-do lists, text messages, or meal requests. Enjoy your me-time. It might be your largest window of the day.
FAQ
Have a question? We're here to help!
Since we don’t use sulfates, less is more. After thoroughly rinsing your body, use a nickel-sized amount in your hand, rub together for a few seconds to activate the foam, and then wash your selected body part. If you are having a hard time getting a lot of foam, use a little water (not soap) in your hand when rubbing together. A nickel-sized amount is enough to wash your neck and underarm area.
No. However, most human skin has a pH of 5.5-6.0 and that is exactly where our body wash falls. In other words, it matches your skin pH level, which makes it easy to use and very tolerable to all skin types and conditions.
Yes. While we don’t use sulfates, our complex plant-based surfactant blend creates what we call a “gently clarifying effect.” It will wash away oil, product build-up, and other environmental bits that attach to your head throughout the day, all while not robbing moisture. For those with shorter hair, you won’t even need to follow up with a conditioner.
Yes. All Puracy personal care products fall in the 5.5 – 6.0 pH range, the same as your skin and scalp.
Yes. Our Dry Shampoo has a “memory” element which builds volume and texture. Simply use a small amount, working in small sections, with a brush.
For instant weightless volume, first shake the bottle well before using. Hold the spray 6 inches from your scalp. Going small section by small section and starting at your hairline and crown, spray your roots using quick, short spritzes. There's no need to spray the ends of your hair, as you'll want the volume closer to your crown. Brush each section through to create the desired style and allow the dry shampoo to absorb the oil and fall away. Until you get the technique, use less product.
Applied too much? Not a problem. Just set your blow dryer to cool and brush the product through your hair.
Once a week is fine for normal hair types. If you have a more oily scalp or dandruff, you can use twice a week or between hair washes. If you have dry hair, apply the Scalp Scrub bi-weekly or only as needed.
All of our hair care products, including our Scalp Scrub and Dry Shampoo, are perfectly safe to use on color-treated hair. They are also safe to use on all different hair types as well. All Puracy hair care products were developed and tested in conjunction with local salon owners in our hometown of Austin, Texas.

Yes! Between the sea salt mechanical scrubbing action and the salicylic acid, our Scalp Scrub is a great mediator of dandruff and dry scalp, without irritating it further.
