At Puracy, charitable giving is just as much a part of our DNA as natural, plant-powered formulas and a commitment to sustainability.
Within the past ten years, Puracy has worked with a diverse range of charities, offering financial assistance and product donations. These organizations fight to improve a number of issues that are important to us, including cancer research and awareness, distressed communities, disadvantaged youths & families, social equality, homelessness, COVID-19, and many more.
This year on September 21, National Volunteer Day, the Puracy Team wanted to do their part to give back to the community in our headquarters of Austin, Texas. As a company who works to bring safe, effective home and body care to busy households everywhere, we were thrilled to work with the Austin Diaper Bank.
Did you know 1 in 2 families in Austin can't afford diapers? This basic need is met thanks to the tireless efforts of the Austin Diaper Bank.
As an integral part of the community, the organization provides diapers and wipes to over 35,000 Central Texas families who struggle to afford diapers each month for their babies and children. Through this important act, the organization empowers our neighbors to lead healthy, dignified lives by striving to eliminate diaper needs and providing essential period products throughout Central Texas.
The Puracy team spent the day sorting, counting and packing up the diapers, so they were set to be delivered to families throughout Central Texas. It was hard, rewarding work, but it was all worth it to help ease the need of families across the state
